Annual Athletic Physicals: 

Athletes must have physicals completed before they attend any athletic practices or events. Adams Medical Group offers convenient appointments for annual adolescent wellness exams/sports physicals. Parents are encouraged to call 1-833-724-DOCS (3627) to schedule with an AMG provider.  Wellness exams can be scheduled during the week or any time during the year as needed.
